Admission Process

Application forms are to be filled in and submitted to the Administrative Office within 2 working days from issue of the form.

At the time of admission, the following documents are to be submitted to the Administrative Office.

  1. Duly filled and signed Admission Forms.
  2. Two Passport size color photographs of the child & parents.
  3. Proof of Date of Birth (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority).
  4. Submit the Transport Form (If School Transport needs to be availed).
  5. Photocopy of the present school final exam report card for class I to IX.
  6. Original Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate of the previous school.

INCOMPLETE ADMISSION FORMS WILL BE REJECTED

– Note: School reserves the right to reject or admit any candidate, notwithstanding the stipulated rules in the Form

Payment of Fee

Full payment of all the fees and dues as payable by a new student at the time of admission as per the schedule laid down by the school. Payment can be made through a bank draft or ‘at par’ cheque. Demand Draft should be made in the name of ” GALAXY SCHOOL” payable.

Children for whom fees have not been paid up-to-date may be prevented from taking school or public examinations. Transfer certificates will not be issued until all outstanding amounts are cleared.

The fee payable is subject to change from time to time. As per school policy, Fee structure is liable to change and the school management reserves the right to revise the fee (15-18% hike in every year )and other charges from time to time in keeping with the rise in the price index.

Admission will be valid only if the fee is paid in full by the due date along with the necessary documents and certificates as mentioned above and on completion of all formalities. Withdrawal

Notice in writing for withdrawal of a student from the school must be given one month in advance before the 10th of the month or one month’s fee shall be charged in lieu of the notice period.

The parents, who want to withdrawal their child after the final result is declared, must inform school authorities by the last working day of February of the current session, otherwise, he/she will have to pay full amount of dues in next session including all the dues & tuition fee for the month of April.

In case of withdrawal upto 15th March fees refund will be 80% of the fees paid . In case upto 31st March 50%of the fees paid will be refunded.No refund after 31st March
